Healthgrades is a health & wellness website that connects patients to providers in their area.  However, its social media presence initially lacked visual cohesion with the established brand. My role as the designer was to focus on aligning, reformatting and creating informative, trustworthy, and medically accurate graphics that aligned with Healthgrades’ existing branding.
I developed updatable, easy-to-use templates and design systems that empowered editors to produce new, on-brand social content efficiently. This involved creating both photo and illustration templates that aligned with the existing work. Later, I collaborated closely with the social marketing team to ensure ongoing brand consistency across all platforms.
The rebrand led to a 63% increase in engagement and sustained monthly growth of
6–10%, reflecting a steady rise in overall engagement and audience connection.
