I created this illustration for a Healthline article, which highlights the emotional needs and grief experienced by partners who carry the weight of loss alongside the birthing parent.
This series came together quickly, with each designer illustrating a different article. We worked closely together—and with the editorial team, to ensure a cohesive look, using a shared color palette and butterfly motif.
I wanted the design had to feel compassionate yet simple enough for a medical support article. using a visual from the article and drawing directly from imagery in the story to ground it in authenticity.
